A Birthday & A Farewell

2 days 1 night trip

We went Bryon Bay and Surfer's Paradise for holidays before heading back to M'sia.

Had a wonderful trip with all of them. Crapping, talking, singing along the journey.

Had so much laughter's all the way. We went Bryon Bay's beach. Nice beach and beautiful scenery. Every where's just perfect. We swam in the waves. :D

Leave Bryon Bay late in the afternoon to Surfer's Paradise.

Reach the hotel took our baths and head to dinner.

After dinner we bought white wine back to the hotel room.

Talk and drink till 3 something in the morning.

And i get to see the most beautiful sunrise.

I'm leaving soon in less than 7 hours. I miss them already. I miss going for supper middle of the night, talking ghost stories middle of the night, walk around the city eating ice cream and apple pie, stay up late night just to watch horror movie and lots more. I know I know it's only 3 months... There's still the feeling of sadness though i miss my parents and friends back in Malaysia too. I need to feel excited going home!

Got no class at that day so had appointment with my friend.

Went for movies with my friends...

First time I went to the cinema over here.

5 bucks per ticket man.

Expensive. I can get premier class back in M'sia.

16th Sept

One of my friend's birthday fall on that day.

We decided we'll have her birthday dinner in some western restaurant.

Finished my class at 5. Have to rush down to the city to buy some boxes and cards

need to get back home and 'pan leng leng'.

Hehe.

All the girls decided to wear DRESS with HIGH HEELS.

Haha.. Since I've came here, this is the first time I dress myself in beautiful dress and high heels with make-up on.

When we're walking by the road side, we looked we're going for clubbing or some wedding event.

Lol.

Guess how we got ourself to the restaurant...

By bus.

All the girls was on nice dresses and heels on bus.

haha.

This is the first time in my life I've such experience.

Not that bad though.

Reach there around 8pm plus.

The whole restaurant was crowded.

Luckily we made reservations.

We need to wait so so long for the dish to be served.

While waiting, in order to make ourself forget bout hunger,

we kept on snapping photos non stop.

Till the dishes were served.

After the dish was served, we were still busy snapping photos till those guys

couldn't take it anymore cause they were too hungry.

Poor soul. hee.

And a bottle of red wine.

Was so so full after the steak.

And we still have cake.

I cooked dinner yesteday.

Omelette and fried cabbage.

I know i know its not any complicated dish

but I'm still excited over it. :)

And i cooked rice using gas stove.

Its not that easy cooking rice till its nice and soft without rice cooker.

This morning both of us woke up pretty late. :)

It's Sat what do you expect.

Hehe.

We had instant pizza and milk for brunch.

Moved

I've moved to my new house.

It's beautiful.

Can see most of everything as I'm living on 19th floor. :)

It was so damn tiring the past two weeks.

Cause we have to wrap all those glass, plates and bowls

Pack my stuffs which is just a big luggage and small bag

while my dear friend have lots of 'rubbish'

Last Friday, we decided to moved some of her stuffs by our self

Else on the next day, the truck will be fully loaded.

We took a cab

The taxi driver was like one of the most pain in the ass driver I had ever seen

He just sat in the car and waited for us to carry everything in.

I know he has the right not to help us but gentleman for god sake.

After moving in on Sat, we had BBQ night the next day.

A few friends came over.

We had so much fun laughing, drinking beer and talking craps

The beer taste damn nice.

We talked till we forgot bout time.

We went to the city to get some toiletries and groceries

After that we went Chinatown cause she wanna buy Japanese plaster and

the only place that sell Japanese plaster is in Chinatown.

Get down from the bus and I saw morning market!!

There's so much stuffs over there!

And the things are cheap.

We can't stand and bought a few clothes back.

Gonna post the photos up some other time.

I can online at home

Its so damn pathetic not being able to online at home

Thats the only entertainment we have at home and

yet they take their sweet time to get us connected to the wireless

We waited since Sat.

Its so difficult to survive without internet

And its ASSIGNMENT season.

We have to walk to the campus just to online

Its not that far but...

Its still pathetic.

I have so much to blog about but I'm too lazy at this moments. :)

Reason, cause we said we wanna pack those stuffs and keep it inside boxes

We cooked our own dinner today.

Went down to the hypermarket to buy some veges and meat

Nah not we. Its actually my housemate cooked it.

Gonna be my turn the next time.

Cabbage with eggs. Never had this back home before. First time. Taste not bad

Its already freaking 5am and I'm still awake!!

Got no idea what makes me stay awake whole night long.

Lucky I'm not having any classes tomorrow. Its public holiday.

Doesn't make much different as I don't have class on every Wed.

Been thinking alot these few days.

It's like I'm having split personality

I'm moving to the new house this Sat.

Can't wait to move in

Went dim sum in the morning

Seriously, the dim sum over here doesn't taste that bad

It's kinda delicious
After breakfast, we went around and her aunt bought souvenirs

Gonna be a real damn hectic month for me

In another three weeks, that's the due date for the first assessment.

I have 4 assessment to go and

I have no idea exactly what to do.

Great!

Went to the new house yesterday to take a look of it

again before we move in cause we'll be

bringing along some furniture. The best part is I didnt

know that my room will be fully empty.

No table, no bed, no nothing.

Lucky me friend is kind enough to give me her study table.

Thank you chu pa!!

After that we went for lunch in some Hongkie restaurant selling roast duck,

roast pork and etc.

It cost about $55 which means its gonna be around Rm150.

I'm still very stingy over food!!

I'll eventually convert everything to ringgit!

The foods over here damn expensive.

Maybe by the time I'm back to M'sia I'll be as thin as my sis d. :)

Reach home quite late and her aunt cooked dinner for us.

Home-cooked food.

We had pork chop, japanese taufu, vegies and corn soup.

But I still miss my mom's cooking. It's not the same. :(

Amazing stuffs i did today...

We don't have any classes today so decided to do some groceries shopping in Chinatown.

When I'm on the bus, the man beside me wanted to go down from the bus...

So I have to stand up and give way to him...

The blur me step on a man's shoe and I didn't realise i stepped on some one's shoe

I thought i step on the pole all the while...

Till i looked back and saw I step his shoe.

The best part is he didn't make any noises or sound...

After shopping at Chinatown, we went down to Queen's st. to have our dinner...

After dinner, we have to bus back to our place...

When we were queuing, alot people passing by

I pulled her and move backward

I thought I was standing near the lamp post so I move backward without looking to the back

Luckily there's a gentleman in front of me helped me to pick upp everything.

When we same met, we had the thing on mind.

Woke up kinda early today. Raining nearly whole afternoon. Cold cold. Went down for breakfast. A restaurant called Blue Lotus. Very nicely renovated. Simple and cosy. After that, we went to look for new houses. Expensive man all the rentals. Gonna look for cheaper ones d. Pray for me k! Hehe. The Uni damn big. Different course different buildings and different place. So you can just imagine how big it is... :p Before we head back home, went to supermarket to get some groceries for dinner. Went back home watch drama with my friend. Gonna go to the Uni tomorrow. Early morning...

My very first blog.

My very first post.

My very first day in Australia.

My very first time travelling alone. I;m so used travelling with my family out of sudden i'm all alone in the plane. Its weird cause everytime when I'm on the plane I'll talk and laugh with my brothers and sister. Though it's not that fun travelling alone but somehow i get to be independent. I've met some nice people along the way. When i came down from the plane, i went to collect mu luggage. Waited quite long before i saw my luggage. When I was about to pull my luggage out it slip off. Have to wait another round. All the guys not gentleman. Have to drag 30 over kg luggage by myself. Struggling man. The Uni send a representative to pick me up. He's kinda friendly. Told me the weather in Australia and introduce some places along the way. Reached my friend area but couldn't find her house. Stroll around for few rounds before we decided to walk around and look for her house. Found her place but the address she gave me wasn't complete. So i waited for her alone outside the apartment. Lucky she's clever came down and pick me up. Went to the Uni to get my student Id, open bank account and bought new card. After that went to the super market to some buy groceries for dinner. We're having home-cooked dinner. I miss Malaysian food. My mee goreng!! :( The supermarket
